FREED Program Manager
FREED is seeking a creative team leader to implement and oversee service delivery to people with disabilities.  Responsibilities include supervising service staff, conducting staff evaluations, establishing service management systems, policies and procedures, and assisting in development of goals & objectives.  Other duties include planning and carrying out outreach activities to underrepresented groups, overseeing community awareness, education and advocacy projects, and preparing reports utilizing FREED’s data collection systems. Exempt position with annual salary of $50,000 plus benefits including medical, dental & vision, vacation, sick leave, holiday pay. Communities Beyond Violence Community Organizer – Adult
Join a passionate, dynamic team dedicated to eliminating all forms of power-based personal violence, promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. The ideal candidate is a warm, self-starter deeply committed to providing services from a strengths-based, social justice and anti-oppression framework. This position works with adults and community in implementing the Close to Home community-based program. It also acts as Program Advocate as needed.
SALARY: $17/hour ($16 prior to Crisis Intervention Training), 40 hours a week, benefits
