Support Services Secretary
The Support Services Secretary provides exemplary secretarial support for various assigned programs. The chosen candidate will help plan, organize, and coordinate the community and school support functions, and county-wide school district activities. AnimalSave Office Manager
AnimalSave, a 501 (c3), animal rescue organization, located in Grass Valley, is recruiting for a part-time office manager position.  Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks.  Duties include accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll, data entry, workers comp audits, financial reporting, IT, personnel, assisting with marketing, social media, fundraising and other administrative duties. 24-32 hour per week schedule includes vacation and sick leave.
