Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

What’s Up Wellness is presenting a virtual YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING led by Shellee Sepko, LMFT & Jen Rhi Winders, MSW. The  training is designed for those who want a basic understanding of unique risk factors and warning signs of youth mental health, how to provide initial support & resources to youth in need, the importance of early intervention & how to help a youth who is in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.

Two session dates are available for this online training, which is offered free of charge, thanks to funding provided by the Mental Health Services Act.

The training includes a 2- hour home study training, digital manual/materials, and a live online 4.5 hour session. The home study portion of these trainings must be completed before the live session. All 6.5 hours must be completed to become certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid. CEUs not available.
