Grad Night Celebration on KNCO, May 12, 6 p.m.
Six young women have overcome numerous challenges, including those created by the Covid pandemic, and will soon graduate from high school – and The Friendship Club. The Bright Futures for Youth program has helped the soon-to-be graduates learn many life skills, make lifelong friends and prepare them for the next step, whether it’s college, trade school or full-time work. Learn more about these resilient and remarkable young women and hear some of their challenges and experiences during a Grad Night celebration 6 p.m. Wednesday (May 12) on KNCO-AM (830).
