Bear Yuba Land Trust Seeks Finance Manager 

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Bear Yuba Land Trust (BYLT). This person is a key member of the organization and oversees financial processes and reporting, internal policies and controls, and compliance with donation and grant requirements and restrictions. The Finance Manager works closely with the Administrative Manager for coordination of operations-related and insurance contracts and with the Co-Executive Directors on all BYLT human resources functions. Candidate must be able to thrive within a small nonprofit office environment and demonstrate a passion for BYLT’s mission.

United Way of Nevada County Seeks Administrative Assistant 
 
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties of a highly responsible and complex nature. Assists UWNC staff, board and committee members, and partner agencies to administer programs, events, and processes specific to UWNC operations. Serves as a liaison with others both within and outside the organization regarding public relations, events, purchasing, facilities, information, and technology.

The ideal candidate Is an effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding. Can work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
