Sierra Community House is Interested in Expanding Violence Prevention Education
The Sierra Community House (SCH) Prevention team is excited to expand its violence prevention programming and is looking to engage and re-engage with community organizations, businesses, and adult groups.

Presentations can be tailored to fit the needs of any group, including needs for violence prevention topics beyond current program offerings. Presentations are free of charge with donations accepted.

Truckee Donner Public Utility District (TDPUD) Unveils Strategic Initiatives, Asks for Community Input
The TDPUD passed a strategic plan in 2021. In its mid-cycle analysis, the board and key staff discovered that the original strategic initiatives focused too heavily on specific projects rather than desired outcomes. They have defined new or updated strategic initiatives and are asking for your input at seven upcoming community circle meetings before adopting changes later this year.
