The Community Support Network of Nevada County (CSN) will be hosting an in-person only meeting, Wednesday 10.1.2025, 3:30pm – 5pm located at the Child Development Center – 250 Sierra College Drive Building N-17 in Grass Valley.

We invite you to come learn from Eli Gallup with Nevada County Superintendent of Schools (NCSOS) regarding Special Education and IEP. Navigating the IEP process with your child can feel daunting. This presentation will highlight effective practices for parents and caregivers working in collaboration with school districts. Eli will present information on the educational process a school must go through when developing an IEP, and the educational rights that a child with disabilities has in all public schools throughout California.
Invite parents, guardians, youth, and local community service providers who can benefit from attending this meeting.Â
