Help to Fight Food Insecurity in Nevada County!
September is Hunger Action Month, a time to raise awareness and take action to fight food insecurity in our community!
Here’s how YOU can get involved with IFM this month:
- Sip for a Cause – Every Sunday in September, BrewHaus in Nevada City will donate $1 for every pint sold to IFM!
- Fill the Truck Food Drive – Join us at Twin Cities Church on Friday, Sept. 26 8am-10:30am for a large drive-through food drive to stock our shelves for the holidays.
- Recycle for IFM – Bring your clean & sorted recyclables to Peace Lutheran Church on Saturday, Sept. 27 from 9am–12pm.

There are so many ways to support IFM during Hunger Action Month: donate, volunteer, or spread the word. Together, we can make a difference for local families in need!
