What: Christmas gifts and food baskets
Who: anyone not doing the Salvation Army/children newborn-high school, seniors
When: Fill out the form ASAP, confirmation letters sent out 12/13, distribution day will be 12/24 from 8-noon
How: fill out this form and return it to SNCS or mail to Christmas Outreach Ministry, Nevada City United Methodist Church, 433 Broad Street, Nevada City CA – 95959
