The Nugget September 2020Distance Learning Center Opens at Fairgrounds

Distance Learning Center and Youth Hub opened Oct. 26 and will be available free of charge for children 8:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekdays at the Nevada County Fairgrounds’ Main Street Center. High-speed internet access, socially distance workstations, and a safe and supervised study environment. Children in fourth grade and higher can be dropped-off at the center. Parents or guardians must remain with third grade students or younger. More information regarding the Distance Learning Center can be found on the NCSOS Recent News webpage.
