Many thanks to Laura Harter, Coordinator, PARTNERS Family Resource Centers and CSN-CAPC Board member, who presented at our January 2nd meeting, Taking Care of You: Trauma Stewardship for effective service and self-care. Laura Harter introduced us to Trauma Stewardship, the work of Laura van Dernoot Lipsky. We viewed a TED talk, followed by interactive activities. We also enjoyed a brief mindfulness meditation.
