Pay Equity ~ Best Practices

Please consider this when submitting Job Announcements. There is a lot of research that suggests that one of the reasons women and minorities remain on the lower side of the pay scale over the course of their lives is that many jobs are not transparent on payment numbers or work from previous salary history. Both of these approaches mean that if you start lower in your first jobs, you remain lower throughout your life. Please consider including salary ranges, or at least a salary range in Job Announcements.
