The Center for Nonprofit Leadership is reaching out to Nevada County organizations to participate in the Annual Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Survey for Northern California. This survey provides helpful information and context when nonprofits are figuring out salaries, benefits, and other personnel policies.
The deadline to participate is Friday, February 12th.
2 GREAT Reasons to Participate
- The report is only useful if lots of nonprofits from OUR area participate! This report covers all the bases: pay levels and bonus/incentive pay for each job with details by annual operating budget, location, number of employees, and primary field of service. Do forward the request to any colleagues to participate.
- New this year! The Economic Environment section captures the nonprofit sector’s staffing-related response to the COVID-19 pandemic – changes we’ve made, and the changes we expect for our organizations in the coming year.
