Supporting Our Teens’ Mental Health Event at Madelyn Helling Library
Join mental health practitioners, educators, youth development leaders, and local teens for a moderated discussion on teen mental health and suicide prevention on Thursday, May 19th, at 5:30 p.m. at the Madelyn Helling Library Community Room. This hour-long program will also be broadcast simultaneously on Zoom and Facebook Live.
Participants of this program will learn about the state of teen mental health, what resources are available to support teens and families, and how we can build a supportive environment and community for young people in Nevada County. A question-and-answer session with the panel will be available online or in-person at the end of the program.
