How To Get Your Life Back
2020 has been a rough year for all of us. For those who have suffered from COVID-19, those who have lost loved ones, and those who have struggled with the isolation of staying home.
The Union is hosting two virtual town halls featuring local experts to help us restore some normalcy to our lives and resources to give hope for moving forward after the year of COVID-19. The speakers will give helpful tips on financial recovery, job searches, going back to school, emotional support, and making life changes.
The first event, on Wednesday, January 27 at 6:00 pm, features Nevada County Behavioral Health Director Phebe Bell to discuss the emotional aspects of the pandemic and ways to heal. A second event is scheduled for Saturday, January 30, at 10:00 am. For more information, including the full list of speakers and registration information, click here.
