Writing Through Grief – A 4 Week Healing Journey

Mondays 5pm-6:30pm starting Sept 9th.

Join us for a 4-week writing group designed to help you navigate the complex emotions of grief. This supportive and compassionate environment will provide a safe space for you to explore your feelings, share your experiences, and find solace through the power of writing. This class is for all individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one, regardless of how recent or long ago the loss occurred. Whether you are new to writing or have been journaling for years, this group welcomes all skill levels! Space is limited so please register by September 3rd to secure your spot!
