As part of our ongoing child abuse prevention planning efforts, we are conducting a short survey to find out more about the community’s perception of existing prevention services and our readiness as a county to prioritize child abuse prevention. The survey should take you about 10 minutes and can be completely anonymous if you choose not to disclose your name and organizational information. The survey will remain open until October 1, 2021 and results will be shared during the next Community Support Network meeting on October 6th, 2021.
Please click here to take the survey.
Please forward this survey to other members of your organization and out to your networks. We will also be sharing on social media and would appreciate your support in sharing the survey opportunity. You can either share the post directly from the Community Support Network Facebook page or you can share the link and the following post:
“The Community Support Network appreciates your participation in the following short survey. Results of the survey will help the Community Support Network develop an ongoing plan for family wellbeing and child abuse prevention in Nevada County. It will also help us make sure that all of the important decision-makers are represented at the table; including parents and those with “lived experience”. The survey will close on October 1, 2021 at 5pm”
We are so grateful for your help.
