The Community Support Network Board has developed a brief survey for you as a means of improving our practices and to increase the collaborative efforts in how we support our respective mission and goals. Please help us by filling out the short survey below by TODAY (February 25) at 5pm.
The Community Support Network of Nevada County’s mission is to facilitate collaboration among public and private family support organizations so that Nevada County children, youth, and families thrive. Our vision is that all families in Nevada County have ready access to a well-integrated and coordinated support network that is easily available and well-funded.
Please take the next few moments and complete the survey below. We look forward to sharing the results of the survey with our Partners at an upcoming Partner meeting. We are excited about the opportunity to re-energize our Community Support Network and increase the collaborative efforts to improve the lives of the citizens of Nevada County.
