We are hiring 2 full-time paid positions!

Both positions are internships through BFFY’s grant-funded Youth Job Corps Program and will last 1 year starting October 1st. There will be ongoing training to help you develop the skills for these positions and give you the experience you need to jumpstart your career. Apply today! Reporting to the Finance & Administration Director, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administration of all Human Resources operations including posting legally compliant job advertisements, onboarding and new employee orientation, benefits management, payroll management, personnel documentation compliance, employee performance counseling as needed, implementing training programs, and making sure SYRCL’s internal human resources policies and practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
