Leadership day camps for incoming 6th-8th graders
One week leadership day camp taught by Police Officers and NEO Staff to empower and inspire youth to make a difference in our community!
6th Grade Session: June 20-24
7/8th Grade Session: June 27-July 1
8:00am-3:00pm
Silver Springs School
140 Park Ave, Grass Valley
Lessons: Communication, Decision Making, Refusal Skills, Anger Management, Goal Setting, Empathy and more.
Activities: Gaga ball, capture the flag, zorb balls, sponge tag, relay races and field trips to the pool, 49er Fun Park and a downtown scavenger Hunt.
COST = $125
This discounted cost includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, water bottle, t-shirt, field trips and lesson book. Space is limited, so sign up today!
We don’t want to turn any youth away from this inspirational camp, so if you’re in need of financial assistance, please email HalliE@bffyouth.org.
Youth must be able to attend all five days of camp to participate. We invite friends and family to join us for a ceremony and ice-cream party on the last day at 2:00pm.
Deadline to sign up is June 3rd.
During the registration process, we ask several questions for your child to answer. If you’re signing them up and they’re not around, please email us with their answers ASAP.
After registering, you should receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive one, please contact us to ensure your child is registered.
We will email a full schedule of camp once it gets closer.
