Granite Wellness is seeking two Peer Mentors for their Youth Opioid Resiliency (YOR) Team:
We are seeking 2 full-time Peer Mentors (1-Grass Valley, 1-Roseville/Auburn) to join the Youth Opioid Resiliency (YOR) team. YOR is focused on supporting youth and young adults (ages 12-24) who are at risk or struggling with an opioid or stimulant use disorder. Peer Mentors assist youth and their families to learn and practice new skills, connect with community resources, advocate for their needs, and achieve their wellness goals.
