Expanded Services now at Brighton Greens!

Nevada County Department of Social Services is thrilled to announce expanded services at our Brighton Greens Resource Center! Alliance for Workforce Development (One Stop) collaborated with the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and representatives are now on-site and available to serve community members with disabilities in person.

This collaboration is a big step forward in our efforts to better support individuals with disabilities in our community. By having DOR Representatives at Brighton Greens, barriers to access can be decreased, and a wider range of resources and support systems are available right here in our county.

This means increased support for independent living, vocational guidance, job placement assistance, and specialized training programs tailored to the unique needs of our community members are now accessible.
