Thank you to Nevada County Public Library, Gold Country Kiwanis, Connecting Point, Nevada County Public Health, and the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for making the Annual Halloween Book Give Away a success.
We hope to return to downtown Grass Valley next year, but what fun we had, thanks to the great staff of Madelyn Helling Library.
Together we gave out 150 bags and over 350 books to kids of all ages along with their parents and pets! This curbside event is proof of the power of collaboration, celebration, and resiliency. Thanks to all who participated and to the families who came out to show their children how a resilient and caring community shows up.
