WORKSHOP SERIES: LEADERS LEADING OTHERS

3- Part Leadership Development Series

Leaders You Can Get Results and Increase Impact

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” – John Quincy Adams

We need leaders everywhere.

A good leader should motivate, inspire and help develop those who report to them, while also making sure that the goals of the team align with the larger goals of the organization. A strong leader will empower others and make a positive impact on the work environment as well as those around them.

Leadership requires much more than management skills and needs continuous development for greater effectiveness, impact, and performance. Leadership development is essential for retaining and enhancing the ability to lead others over time.

No matter what type of team you lead, we hope you will join CNL for this Leadership Development series: Leaders Leading Others.  This 3-part series is for anyone who manages others: Executive Directors, nonprofit managers, volunteer leaders, and Boards.

The series will consist of 1 in person workshop and 2 virtual trainings and will be facilitated by Becky Lunders of teamWorks who specializes in volunteer management and leadership development in the nonprofit sector. Becky helps individuals, teams, and organizations to become better versions of themselves.  Check out her Bio HERE.

These sessions may be taken individually at $60 for in-person session, $30 for each virtual session, or sign up for the three-part package at only $100 (all CNL member pricing).   Pick and choose which topics mean the most to you, or enjoy the benefit of all three.
