#BeTheOne Social Media CampaignThis robust social media campaign from KPJR Films could serve as an inspiring model as we move forward with the revisioning of our own Be The One program.

KPJR’s #BeTheOne campaign has spanned the globe, reaching and encouraging individuals to recognize and share how they are positively impacting the lives of others.  Likewise, #ResilienceReset offers events and strategies for building resilience and coping with toxic stress. As educators, students and families return to school during this time of chronic stress and amid much uncertainty, KPJR will seek to provide global support tools through the relaunch of both campaigns. We hope to spur community conversation, provide useful tips and spotlight active contributors who are building caring, informed and resilient individuals, families, organizations, and communities.

To re-launch #BeTheOne, we are excited to present a piece by Austin Kimbrough in which he shares his current #ResilienceReset and how he works to #BeTheOne. Kimbrough is a 2020 Graduate of Hampton University who also launched KPJR’s HBCU (Historically Black College & Universities) initiative in 2018.

KPJR encourages and challenges you to share your stories of hope, courage, resilience and to spotlight those individuals or organizations who model #BeTheOne, who are that #OneCaringAdult and their #ResilienceReset tips.
