Auburn Police Department is Hiring for Dispatcher I/II
This position is a crucial component of our 24/7 Dispatch Center, which provides essential safety services to the Auburn community. The incumbent will handle incoming crime reports and dispatch police personnel for both emergency and non-emergency situations. Dispatchers work a shift schedule of six 12-hour shifts and one eight-hour shift each pay period.

When: August 3, from 10 AM – 1 PM (or until supplies run out)
Where: Nevada Union (Hooper Stadium)
Local businesses, non-profits, and civic leaders have partnered to throw a completely free Back-to-School event to help struggling families get ready for the start of the school year!
They’ll be handing out backpacks filled with school supplies, new shoes and socks, and lots of groceries!
Free haircuts and activities for both kids and teens as well as FREE lunch for the whole family!
Join us as we spread a little HOPE in Nevada County.

Some positions have additional shifts and hours available before and after Fair.
