Free compost is coming your way!
When & Where:
- Saturday, Oct. 4
- 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
- The Rood Center, 950 Maidu Ave., Nevada City
Bring your own shovel and containers (limit two containers per household).
– The compost is made at Nevada County’s Wheatland facility from our community’s food and green waste.
– For Nevada County residents only. No commercial use. No truck or trailer loads.
Can’t make it? Come to the spring compost giveaway March 21, same time and location.
