Navigator/Housing Liaison

Connecting Point is looking for a full-time Navigator/Housing Liaison to support the Housing Support Program. Under supervision, the Navigator/Housing Liaison will work closely with landlords, CalWORKs participants and other community agencies to remove barriers to housing.

Navigator/Training Coordinator – Youth Job Corps

Connecting Point is looking for a full-time Navigator/Training Coordinator to support the Youth Job Corps program. Duties include placing individuals ages 16-30 with internships that address food insecurity, climate, and Covid-19 recovery. The Navigator/Training Coordinator delivers job readiness training to participants and facilitates connections with community business, government and non-profit partners.
