Community Conversation Webinar: Youth Suicide Prevention on September 28th
September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Join local school counselors and mental health professionals for a community conversation about youth suicide prevention on Wednesday, September 28th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Learn about the warning signs of suicide, how to engage with a young person you’re concerned about and what resources are available in the community to help. Get answers to your questions about mental health and suicide prevention: When should I be concerned about a child or student? Where do I go, and what does it look like to get help? What resources do we have right here in Nevada County to support youth who are struggling? Join us to find out the answer to these and many other questions about supporting our community’s youth.
