Dear Community Member,
During the May CAPC Board Meeting, we were joined by CAPC leaders from Placer and Tahoe/Truckee for an orientation and overview by CA Office of Child Abuse Prevention (OCAP) as a first step in learning more about developing a community-wide Child Abuse Prevention Planning Strategic Planning process. We look forward to exploring the possibility of collaborating with Placer and Tahoe/Truckee CAPCs as part of our ongoing efforts.
We look forward to seeing you on June 2nd at the CSN meeting to learn more about our local Child Welfare Services and hear from Nick Ready, CWD Program Manager.
