The Equity & Inclusion Leadership Alliance (EILA), a newly-formed coalition committed to reducing bias and inequality in Nevada County institutions, is hosting a virtual workshop on Friday, October 16, from 8:30-11:30 am.
This is a free half day program described as innovative, engaging, humorous, and motivational. All are encouraged to attend.
Implicit bias training is strongly recommended by law enforcement, education, judiciary, corporate, non-profits, philanthropy, community, city/county government, and healthcare organizations as well as other entities which implicit bias has shown to significantly impact important life outcomes for large groups of citizens.
