The 2020 Northern California Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey is requesting participation from our local organizations to be able to include our County in the numbers. This survey provides helpful information and context when nonprofits are figuring out salaries, benefits, and other personnel policies. The deadline to participate is Friday, March 6th
Last year’s survey was completed by 614 nonprofit organizations who reported on more than 33,000 jobs. The survey includes organizations from 48 counties – Del Norte County to Inyo County and everywhere in between.

This survey report is a valuable tool for organizations who want to compete effectively, with information on:

Once you being your online response, you can go back into it as often as you need to. If you click the “Continue survey later” link at the top of any page, it will ask for your email address and then send you the link to get to the response that you’ve already started, so you don’t have to start again. You can use that same link to go back again later.
