Who: Family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness
What: NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar circumstances. NAMI’s Support Groups are unique because they follow a structured model, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need.
Where: Madelyn Helling Library, Gene Albaugh Community Room, 980 Helling Way, Nevada City
When: Tuesday, November 12 from 5:30-7 pm
How: You may arrive when you can, leave when you must; we just hope to see you if your family member with mental illness is struggling. And if your loved one is doing OK, please come to give support to others. These illnesses are too much to face alone!

- Led by family members of individuals living with mental illness
- Meets monthly – the 2nd Tuesday of every month
- No specific medical therapy or medication is endorsed or recommended
