Nevada County Superintendent of Schools
This is a new position for NCSOS! The TUPE Peer Specialist will work collaboratively with the TUPE Coordinator to support the TUPE program. They will provide site coordinators and peer educators with valuable training and support for the implementation of the Tobacco Use Prevention Education related Peer Education activities at various school sites in Western Nevada County. The Nevada County Behavioral Health Department is looking for a Limited-Term Behavioral Health Nurse I or Behavioral Health Nurse II to work as part of a clinical team that includes a supervisor, psychiatrist, case manager, therapist, and another nurse. This person provides support for medication refills, nursing assessments, assisting psychiatrists in daily duties, and coordinating services within the clinical team as well as with primary care and other agencies.
