The Board of Directors of the Welz Family Foundation would like to announce the availability of this year’s initial grants. The foundation, interested in enhancing the health, education and welfare of children of Nevada County, offers this general scope grant of 20,000 to non-profits organizations with existing programs for children in Nevada County (501(C)(#) or similar agencies). This year the foundation is entertaining capital and/or operational grants of up to $5000 for each direct service program.
