But the stress of constant crises and economic challenges can take its toll on us and on our organizations.
In the 5th session of the CalNonprofits What’s Next Policy Convention, you will learn from nonprofit practitioners and leaders how to keep nonprofits, staff, volunteers (and yourself!) able to be resilient and strong over the long haul.
We will also hear what resilience research shows works and doesn’t work. In addition, panelists will provide their insights on resilience-related topics participants identify during the session.
